AI, for people who lead
I build the system that reads your board pack, your inbox and your meeting notes overnight, and tells you what changed, what’s at risk and what needs you, before anyone has to ask.
Then I sit with you until it’s simply how you lead. Personally, privately, a handful of leaders at a time.
Start with the Diagnostic Personally led by Nicolai ThomsonThe information exists. It just rarely arrives together.
It’s in the meeting you missed. The project update you haven’t seen. The note you remember writing. AI becomes useful when it brings that context into the work you’re doing now.
We build around your judgement, your priorities and your business.
Connect agreed reports, project activity and meeting notes. Surface changes, risks and dependencies without asking everyone for another update.
Put your knowledge, conversations and decisions to work again. Find the thinking you need and make connections you might otherwise miss.
Turn recurring work into a considered workflow. Prepare a briefing, shape a proposal or follow through on a meeting, with you reviewing the result.
That’s why the systems I build get used: I know what Monday morning feels like from your chair.
My recent work includes second brains and AI chief-of-staff systems, UKOPRA’s operating platform and financial AI, on top of twenty years as a founder, seller and operator.
I build one thing well: a system that knows what you know, your notes, your decisions and your conversations, and brings the right piece back when you need it.

Six months to change how information reaches you, how knowledge is retained and how work moves forward.
Four on-site half-days. Practical development around your real work. Support to involve your team, followed by a clear briefing and handover to product and engineering.
Map how information reaches you today. Agree what needs to change and what progress will look like.
Develop the systems around your actual work. Use them between sessions and refine what matters.
Bring the right colleagues in. Brief product and engineering so the context and next steps are clear.
You don’t need to build the network
to use the phone.
I suggest you begin with the Diagnostic; what you pay for it comes off Transform.
If you already know what you need, we can start further along.
Half a day on your own work. You leave with a brief that runs and a clear view of what to do next.
Six months to make the brief part of how you lead, with your team brought in when you’re ready.
Twelve months as the CEO’s right hand, taking the change into every team.
Tell me a little about your situation in the short brief below. It takes about three minutes and only I read it. If it looks like a fit, you’ll get a link to book a free half-hour with me. If it doesn’t, I’ll say so plainly and point you somewhere more useful.
Share your brief first so I have the context before we speak. You’ll then be able to choose a time on Cal.com. A free half-hour. No card details, no obligation.
That’s my advice. Half a day on your real work tells us both more than any number of calls, and what you pay for it comes off Transform if you continue within sixty days. If you already know you want Transform, we can begin there.
I keep delivery to two half-days a week, so each engagement gets proper attention. Dates are agreed personally, and places open as engagements complete.
Whatever you already have, wherever we can. Scope, access and any tool costs are agreed in writing before you commit to anything.
I work with a handful of leaders at a time. I don’t name clients unless they ask me to. I’ll sign your NDA before I see anything, or you can use mine, and we agree where your information lives before we start.
If you’d rather your team didn’t know you were exploring this yet, that’s how most conversations begin.
